Malama is an Experience where women connect, recharge batteries, and empower themselves.
That´s it, they get empowered. Where nature goes hand in hand with the sea.
With the Malama team, you will open your mind, your body and your soul while you will have the opportunity to feel the “Slow Life” of such as unique area as El Palmar, Cádiz.
Our Experiences tend to book very quickly. And it has to do with several reasons; mainly because we are a small team of women where we focus on spending quality time and pampering each other. But above all, being able to find a little of the balance that we give up in the day to day of our routine.
We present to you, with all our enthusiasm, MALAMA Surf Experience, which although it could come from the Bad-Mother that some of us proudly carry inside, it goes further. Malama means respect for the Ocean, connection with the Moon, and with our Hawaiian ancestor the goddess Hina i-ka Malama. She, in addition to surfing and breaking hearts, was a woman of great values, close and familiar. Today, we grow and continue embarking on a path in which together we empower women through surfing, from a beautiful community that is growing.
Who is Malama woman? We are normal women, some lawyers, other housewives, other doctors, students, Project Managers, photographers.
What is it that unites us? The desire to live, to dream, to laugh, to cry from within, but above all, to support each other to grow in everything we need. Our values are based on being Resilient, Persevering and Empowering.
One of our main maxims. We work on perseverance because we know that this is the only way to achieve great goals. Surfing and yoga will put us to the test and teach us to work on our perseverance so that we can apply it in our day to day. The one who follows it gets it, and never better said.
If one word defines Malama, it is definitely this one. We want to help you develop all the confidence in yourself that you deserve. To trust your abilities, your potential and the importance of your actions. We want to see the strong woman you are!

Learn to love ourselves just as we are, beautiful inside and out, with our strengths and imperfections, just as we came into this world.

Share routes on foot and learn a little more about why it is important to be Warrior and Sustainable Women.
Connect the mind with the body through movement and breathing. Reduce stress, relax the body and allow yourself to be more present. When we practice yoga we will transfer this learning to the waves.
Whether it's your first wave, gaining more confidence in the water, transitioning to a different board or learning new tricks, our mega team of professionals will accommodate your goals.

It was logical that we join in this adventure in which the objective is to empower and give visibility to women in the water. We are both lovers of the sea, nature, and in one way or another we have spent many years traveling the world and fighting for equality.
We met in Palmar and since our brains and souls merged, Malama Surf Experience truly lives and transmits the values that make us who we are: resilience, empowerment and perseverance.
We will be spending the entire Experience with you, to ensure you feel comfortable and happy to invest your time in us.
How to explain in words everything lived in this wonderful experience...
First of all, the heart, energy and affection from where the surf camp is organized by Mimi, you have always made us feel at home. This trip has set the bar very, VERY high, (I'm already counting down the minutes to get back to wherever you're going and organize something new!)
The activities have been directed by professionals such as la copa de un pino, Lucia and Inma, you have a 100 out of 10, I wouldn't change a minute with you, you are so good at what that you do because you work from the heart, and it shows, I hope our paths cross again soon.
Everything else, the food at Homies, the staff both in the store and in the restaurant, the atmosphere in the water and out of it, the walks on the beach at sunset, the company of my girls, Bego, María, Majo, Hissora and Maite, my complete battle, warriors!!!!!!!!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE ♥️
What I have experienced these 4 days has been unique, magical. The dedication and passion that the organizer puts into it is transmitted in every detail and in every moment that we live.
The surfing lady knows how to perfectly convey the passion she has for this sport and makes it much easier. Yoga classes are super enriching (Inma is wonderful) and are in a unique enclave.
Sharing this experience with people I didn't know but who had the same desire as me has also made them the most fun days of my life. It is something that you have to experience, at least once in your life (and if it can be repeated, all the better!).

There would be no stars to punctuate all the good things we have experienced these days. Some wonderful days with a small group of very special women, a magic created from the first moment that Mimi and Ale received us.

During the days of the surf/yoga camp, this time for women, I felt super welcome and really enjoyed myself. The organization is done for each part of the day, the surf, yoga and talk instructors are there to motivate and help you.
The connection created from the first moment by the organizer, creates a perfect environment. And my challenge to improve surfing has been achieved.
